A very grateful shout-out to folks at Michaels! We drove our Cam Am Spyders from Vermont to California to fulfill a bucket-list dream. We scheduled an appointment to have the bikes checked out before going on to California. The bikes required much more work than we had anticipated, but Cameron got everything done in one day. The next morning there was a concerning noise on one of the bikes. We drove back and Cameron took care of it right away. We headed out and spent a week driving in CA. While there we encountered another issue. We couldnt find a repair shop that was open where we were in CA so decided to take a chance and drove back to Reno. The service department got us in, but advised that it may take a few days. Colby managed to squeeze us in and fixed everything within a few hours. We are so incredibly grateful for the help the service department provided us. Both technicians explained everything they were doing and why it was necessary. Thank you so much!!

The gentlemen at the counter were professional and good spirited. They work hard and have many tasks to cover. I brought my 2005 Sea-Doo in for service due to impeller problems and to have it tuned-up. They had the job finished within the time stated so that I could bring it on my vacation and once again had my friends back. Definitely recommended!
